However if you would prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return your item within 30 days.

ACCEPTING RETURNS

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds, jewelry, and watches. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by Madison Jewelers), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by Madison Jewelers was not engraved with the letters specified in your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentations, as specified below.

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER

Exchanges are simple. You can return your diamond, jewelry item, or watch within 30 days of shipment from Madison Jewelers to exchange if for other selection. For an exchange we will issue you credit for the price of the item. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
